JARBO, a design-build mechanical and plumbing contractor serving the Kansas City region, seeks a Piping/Plumbing BIM Designer to build and maintain accurate 3D models in Revit MEP, including equipment and supports, and to feed the fabrication shop.

You will run clash detection in Navisworks, coordinate with HVAC, electrical, fire protection and structural trades, produce spool/shop drawings, verify dimensions and materials, and manage model files and version control in BIM 360.

• Meticulous approach to model accuracy and documentation.
• Strong communication with technical and field staff.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain accurate 3D models of piping and plumbing systems in Revit MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate with other trades.
• Produce spool drawings, shop drawings, and installation layouts for fabrication and field crews.
