Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and electronic measurements, recording results, and inspecting serviced pipettes.
• Reassemble and calibrate pipettes to meet manufacturer standards.
• Prioritize orders and expedite them through our database system.
• Meet service levels and turnaround time commitments.
• Complete all related reports and data entry into our automated system.
