FCX Performance seeks a Pipette Calibration Technician I to support the Pipette Services Team on-site in Raleigh, NC. You will perform basic calibrations, assist with documentation, and learn GMP-compliant practices under experienced supervisors.

Travel up to 50% may be required. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and client service, with the opportunity to grow as you learn SOPs and cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Biotechnology certification highly desired.
• Two- or four-year degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learns and performs basic pipette calibrations and PMs.
• Learns and completes proper GXP documentation for calibrations performed.
• Follows safety guidelines and maintains safe, neat, professional work areas on-site.
• Trains and follows SOPs for proper calibration of instruments.
• Provides customer service as mentored by experienced technicians.
• Completes timesheets and expense reports weekly with accurate labor and expense codes.
• Is ethical and trusted among clients and partners, supports PCI success philosophy.
• Displays professionalism in appearance and in written and verbal communication; provides regular updates to Tech SRs and Team Leaders/Managers.
