Job summary

Piper restaurant at The Seabird Resort in Oceanside, CA offers breakfast and juice by day, and a warm, intimate space with a craft pasta station by night. The Server Assistant supports the Food Server to deliver guest-focused service at a beachfront California setting.

Expected to lift moderate weights, stand for long periods, and work up to five days weekly including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1+ years’ experience in a Food and Beverage role.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available for a full time schedule of up to five days a week, mornings/afternoons/nights/weekends & holidays.

Summary

Piper restaurant, located at The Seabird Resort in sunny Oceanside, CA. Guest enjoy fresh, handmade pastas and garden-to-table delicacies in a bright, convivial, California-coastal setting just off the beach. Restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast and freshly pressed juice. By night, Piper transforms into a warmly intimate space with an open kitchen, craft pasta station, full bar and wraparound outdoor patio.

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr
