Qualifications

• 3+ years as Server experience.
• Restaurant food knowledge.
• Be hyper-aware of guest perception & interactions.
• A person of integrity; fair and consistent.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, and help foster a good working environment.
• Ability to work cleanly and quickly in a fast passed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property.
• Liaise with restaurant and outlet operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Positive attitude with initial greetings of guests.
• Strictly adhere to all alcohol safety requirements and ID checking procedures.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with locals, guests, & colleagues.
