Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation in Casper, WY seeks a Supervisor, Pipelines to oversee all product movement at the facility, including truck and rail loading, offloading, tank transfers and pipeline receipts.

You will lead a small team (≥4 direct reports), coordinate with scheduling and marketing, manage procedures, training, and regulatory compliance, and drive automation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of related experience with at least two years in a lead role.
• Special training or certifications in computer accounting software and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with pipeline scheduling and marketing departments.
• Oversee loading/offloading, transfers, and pipeline receipts.
• Develop and maintain procedures; organize weekly department meetings.
• Prioritize procurement of materials and equipment for the terminal.
• Analyze processes and recommend automation and efficiencies.
• Supervise at least four employees; ensure payroll and attendance records.
