Job summary

Buckeye Partners is seeking an Apprentice Pipeliner Tri-State to learn and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pipeline and terminal facilities with minimal supervision. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Related experience in terminal, pipeline or plant operations is required.
• General knowledge or experience in the petroleum industry is required.
• Up to 15% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment and pipeline and terminal facilities with little direct supervision.
• Timeframe: 0 – 18 months of training and progression.
• Support Right of Way learning and damage prevention activities.
• Learn regulatory compliance and environmental/safety procedures.
• Develop documentation and reporting practices.
• Participate in emergency response training and safety drills.
