This position is US-based, and we are recruiting a pipeline of coaches for upcoming opportunities.

Description

We are seeking a part-time, casual career coach in the DFW area to support our relocation and outplacement services. The role involves working with employees and their families during relocation or career transition, providing coaching on job search and career development.

The Coach works one-on-one with employees, utilizing IMPACT Group's technology and methodology, and supports spouses or partners with job search assistance.

This is a remote position, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with hours varying and no guaranteed minimum.

• Establish rapport and motivate clients to achieve goals.
• Guide clients through coaching processes and milestones.
• Advise on career development, transition issues, and options.
• Maintain electronic records of services provided.
• Monitor progress and address personal issues affecting careers.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching across various industries and levels.
• Experience with resume writing, interview prep, career exploration, LinkedIn and social media, salary negotiations, and personal branding.
• Reside in the DFW area and have knowledge of the local job market.
• Experience with virtual coaching.
• VISA navigation and career continuation experience are a plus.
• Proficient with technology, high-speed internet, and a headset with microphone.

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in human behavior, business, or related field preferred.
• Coaching certification or training highly regarded.
• Personal relocation experience is a plus.
