INEOS Olefins and Polymers USA is seeking a Pipeline Development Coordinator in Alvin, TX. The role supports training processes to ensure safe, reliable operation of the Stratton Ridge facility and Pipeline network. Reports to the PSO SHE Manager and collaborates with Working Team Leaders.

The position emphasizes SHE stewardship, training program development, and compliance with OSHA and PHMSA requirements, with close coordination with CBW Learning and Development groups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ experience in Operations or Maintenance preferred.
• Previous experience in a training role is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development, procurement and implementation of training material.
• Manage and document training records; administer VTA Training System and SharePoint.
• Oversee Operator Qualification program and UAV program training.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule training for PSO employees.
