INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a Pipeline Development Coordinator in Alvin, TX to align Stratton Ridge and Pipeline training agendas, coordinate training material development, and manage records. The role reports to the PSO SHE Manager and supports ongoing safety and competency initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma and 5 years of Operations/Maintenance experience; training experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 5 years' experience in Operations or Maintenance preferred.
• Previous experience in a training role preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training material development, acquisition, and implementation.
• Ensure completion of area training modules and maintain records.
• Serve as Administrator for VTA Training System and SharePoint for PSO information.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and local community colleges on training programs.
