Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or four or more years of related experience in pipeline regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review training materials and provide training on regulatory requirements and recordkeeping.
• Ensure employee and contractor training is verified and complete.
• Develop and review operation, maintenance, and emergency response documents related to compliance with pipeline safety regulations.
• Monitor and communicate processes to ensure compliance with state and federal pipeline safety regulations.
• Assist in inspections and regulatory reporting; prepare responses to audit findings.
• Coordinate with departments and outside contractors to ensure testing and regulatory requirements are met.
