Responsibilities
- Development and updates of written pipeline safety programs including Operations and Maintenance, Integrity Management, Damage Prevention, Public Awareness, Operator Qualification, Control Room Management, and Drug and Alcohol.
- Pipeline safety regulatory audit preparation.
- Conduct simulated pipeline safety regulatory audits.
- Pipeline jurisdictional analysis and regulatory interpretations.
- Training.
- Partner with other RCP technical teams in the development of client solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel required up to 50% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in 49 CFR Part 192 and 195 compliance.
- Previous consulting and project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and listening.
- Writing sample required.
