Job summary

The role requires field QC discipline, safe work practices, and close cooperation with the client and field teams. Candidates should hold AWS CWI certification, API 1169 preferred, and have 2+ years oil/gas or pipeline QA/QC or NDE experience.

Qualifications

• AWS CWI certification is required.
• API 1169 is preferred.
• Pipeline coating experience in oil/gas projects.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.
• Pre-employment drug test and quarterly random tests.
• 2+ years of oil/gas/pipeline QA/QC or NDE experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies.
• Inspect and ensure quality of daily construction activities on a 12-mile pipeline project.
• Maintain organized QA data and prepare reports.
• Identify and address deficiencies promptly.
• Establish punch lists and ensure schedules are met.
• Coordinate with Client and field QA/QC staff.
• Record and transfer inspection data to permanent records.
• Interface with field supervision and craft personnel.
• Capable of determining calibration status of measurement equipment.
• Possess professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
