Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Permian Basin, West Texas, seeks a Quality Inspector to ensure conformance of materials and installation to project specifications on a 12-mile pipeline site. You will inspect activities, generate reports, and maintain QA/QC documentation daily.

Reporting to the Site Quality Manager and Project Manager, you will read ISO/P&ID drawings, use inspection gauges, and coordinate with field teams and clients to resolve deficiencies and meet the QITP requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years' experience in construction trades inspection.
• Must have CWI certification.
• Read/interpret ISO, P&ID drawings and red-line ISO documents.
• Proficient with inspection tools: Gal-Gauge, Pick Gauge, Hi-Lo gauge, Filler Gauge.
• Willing to work on a 12-mile pipeline project site; per diem for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure quality of work during daily construction activities on the pipeline project.
• Generate daily and weekly inspection reports and record QC data accurately.
• Prepare punch lists and address deficiencies promptly.
• Interface with field supervision and client to ensure QA/QC compliance per the QITP.
• Maintain professional records and support field teams in quality control tasks.
