Saulsbury Industries in Abernathy, TX, is seeking a Quality Inspector for a 12-mile pipeline project. You will inspect workmanship, monitor conformance to specs, and generate daily reports.

Reporting to Site Quality Manager and Project Manager, you will coordinate with field teams, identify deficiencies, and maintain QA/QC records. The role requires reading ISO and P&IDs, using gauges, and ensuring safety compliance; a CWI is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years in construction trades.
• Inspection certifications; CWI required.
• Ability to read ISO, P&IDs and red-line ISO.
• Experience with civil, electrical, mechanical, pipeline/oil/gas, welding.
• Proficient use of inspection tools and data recording.

Aufgaben

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect and ensure quality during daily construction activities on the pipeline project (excavations, concrete, rebar, PV installation, underground utilities, welding, piping, valves, etc.).
• Understand and apply project construction codes.
• Record QC data accurately in daily reports.
• Identify and address deficiencies; maintain punch lists.
• Coordinate with field teams and client to ensure QA/QC compliance.
