Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of project scheduling/controls experience.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience and ability to build/maintain complex schedules.
• Experience developing and managing integrated master schedules.
• Experience with critical path analysis, schedule reporting, variance analysis, and recovery planning.
• Experience integrating contractor/vendor schedules into a master project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated master schedule using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop schedules, milestones, and critical path.
• Integrate contractor/vendor schedules into the overall master schedule.
• Establish scheduling standards and guidelines for contractors.
• Monitor schedule performance and report progress, delays, and critical activities.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery/optimization plans.
• Support earned value, resource, and budget-related activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on performance.
• Partner with Project Manager and Cost Controller to monitor cost/schedule.
• Participate in contractor kickoff meetings and design reviews.
• Support integration of contractor scopes with the master schedule.
• Travel for project/site visits as required.
