Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician I–III to support pipeline operations in Pierce, Colorado. You will read and interpret drawings, perform maintenance on facility equipment, and analyze data to resolve technical issues while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include documenting operations, maintaining logs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Availability for after-hours, overtime, and travel between Williams locations may be required depending on shift

Qualifications

• Required: HS degree or GED with at least 3 years as an operations technician or similar
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in multifaceted operations tech role in oil and gas

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations
• Inspect and supervise equipment to meet standards and government requirements
• Analyze data and collaborate to solve technical or operational problems
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures
• Maintain knowledge of permits, site equipment, and safety requirements
• Complete reports and maintain records of operations and maintenance
