Responsibilities include on-call support, liaison duties with landowners and emergency responders, and hands-on maintenance at compressor facilities. A high school diploma and 2–5+ years in pipelines are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–5+ years of general pipeline experience in natural gas industry or related sector.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and alignment sheets.
• Experience with pigging programs, launching, receiving, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled pigging operations, launcher/receiver maintenance, and equipment inventory.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair facilities including pipelines, compression, and measurement.
• On-call responsibility for areas of responsibility as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT) and document activities.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks; delegate as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Summit Midstream and landowners, emergency services, and contractors.
• Operate and assist in maintenance at compressor facilities; perform pipeline patrols.
• Coordinate crews; use hand tools to remove/replace valves; understand risers and underground valves.
• Perform LOTO and write Safe Work Permits; respond to emergencies and control center protocols.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Use tools to perform integrity checks on natural gas pipelines; monitor for emergencies.
• Record work orders in Maximo and utilize CYGNET; maintain records and reports.
• Respond to pipeline emergencies and assist with field operations and corrosion control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
