Job summary

ONEOK is seeking an Operator (petroleum pipeline) in Odessa, TX. The role operates on a 7 on/7 off rotating schedule, days and nights.

You will maintain pipelines and monitoring equipment, ensuring reliability and accurate measurement of products transported through the system, while developing relationships with carriers. Responsibilities include monitoring movements, performing sampling, inputting data, and assisting drivers and technicians.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Petroleum Tech or related field preferred.
• Three years' experience in a related field preferred.
• Ability to establish, prioritize assignments with supervision.
• Ability to interact, communicate and use basic computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product movements in terminal/station and manage valve lineups and pumps.
• Input information into computer programs and perform daily inspections.
• Assist drivers, customers, and maintenance staff as directed.
• Participate on the facility emergency response team.
• Comply with SIP and OQ requirements in location practices.
