Job summary

Williams in Winnsboro, LA seeks an Operations Technician I-III to read/interpreting drawings, support pipeline operations, and safely maintain equipment. You will analyze data, follow safety-focused procedures, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with permits and company policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of operations tech experience; preferred is an Associates/2-year technical degree with 2+ years in oil and gas operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of operations technician experience.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in multifaceted operations roles in oil and gas.
• Open to diverse backgrounds; role may be filled at a level aligned to skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations.
• Read/interpreting drawings and inspect/supervise equipment.
• Analyze data and collaborate to resolve technical/operational problems.
• Follow Company policies and operating/maintenance procedures.
• Maintain records of process operations and preventative maintenance.
• Work after hours, on-call, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays.
