Flint Hills Resources is hiring an Operations Technician for our pipeline facility in Little Falls, MN. You will monitor multiple remote stations, perform maintenance, and support safety initiatives while working with an experienced team to enhance reliability and efficiency.

The role offers hands-on experience in pipeline operations, opportunities to manage small projects, and growth within a dynamic energy company.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet physical demands listed in the job post.
• Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.

Mansioni

• Maintain and monitor multiple remote stations for safe operations.
• Manage and execute small-scale projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and routine pump/valve maintenance.
• Test safety devices and inspect valves, piping, and related equipment.
• Apply knowledge of pumps, valves, instrumentation, and pipeline systems to optimize performance.
• Support damage prevention and maintain pipeline integrity.
