Responsibilities

Locate and mark facilities per Damage Prevention Program and One-Call procedures before and during excavation.
Perform pipeline patrols, leaks surveys, and inspections per company procedures.
Coordinate local Damage Prevention and Public Awareness activities and document per Public Awareness Plan.
Provide oversight to ensure asset protection and compliance for excavation near pipeline facilities.
Train and supervise personnel per company policies and procedures.
Perform governmental compliance activities (PHMSA, State Agencies, EPA, USFS) and document per policies.
