Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a skilled technician to repair and maintain pipelines, equipment, and related facilities. The role emphasizes safe operation, regulatory compliance, and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires planning, organization, and strong communication skills, with on-call responsibilities and potential travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate pipelines, valves, pumps, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform safety and regulatory tasks and documentation (OSHA/DOT/EPA as applicable).
• Plan, organize, and coordinate workloads; communicate with internal teams and external contractors.
• Coordinate with landowners, agencies, utilities, and other pipeline operators.
• Participate in safety programs and wear required PPE; rotate on-call duties as needed.
