Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read maps, prints and drawings.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Locate and mark buried pipelines using electronic line locator and manual devices.
• Enforce excavation, one-call, and damage prevention policies.
• Review proposed excavations with stakeholders to prevent damage to pipelines.
• Assist with community Damage Prevention and Public Awareness activities.
• Participate in aerial patrol programs and other tasks as needed.
