Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Pipeline Integrity Project Manager in Oklahoma. The role leads planning, coordination, and execution of inline inspections (ILI) and oversees integrity-related projects across vendors, regulators, and contractors.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; managing risk; and guiding remediation efforts under the Integrity Management Program. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of work experience in Pipeline Integrity.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience using computers and applicable software.
  • Experience reading vendor reports and integrity data.
  • Experience composing executive summaries and materials including IMP procedures, bid packages, dig sheets, and AFE's.
  • Technical knowledge of pipeline operations, maintenance, welding, anomaly assessment methods, repair methods, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of federal codes and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of pipeline maintenance, repair, welding, and non-destructive examination practices.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis, in-line inspection, data analysis, and hydrostatic testing.
  • Ability to apply math and algebraic formulas.
  • Ability to communicate project status, schedules, and inspection results.
  • Ability to create and conduct presentations related to assessment, remediation, and anomaly distribution.
  • Ability to operate required tools and equipment.
  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in the area of expertise.
  • Ability to organize, examine, and analyze information to resolve complex problems.
  • Applicable driver's license may be required if assigned a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of inline inspections (ILI).
  • Coordinate inspection vendors, operations, regulatory stakeholders, third-party contractors, and inspection personnel.
  • Provide project management and oversight for integrity-related projects.
  • Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues to mitigate risk.
  • Manage complex and high-visibility pipeline integrity assessment and remediation projects.
  • Prepare project plans, RFSs, AFEs, budgets, forecasts, invoices, cost tracking, procurement, schedules, prejobs, and resources.
  • Manage work plans and forecasts to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Implement asset assessment and remediation processes under the Integrity Management Program and other integrity programs.
  • Review pipeline segment data and select assessment methods and schedules.
  • Execute integrity assessments, including inline inspections and hydrostatic tests.
  • Evaluate inline inspection and ECDA data and prepare dig lists for anomaly evaluation.
  • Use risk assessment and data integration to evaluate anomalies.
  • Communicate assessment results to the Integrity Management Team.
  • Develop statistical analyses related to assessment data and KPIs.
  • Develop action plans and continual assessment schedules.
  • Validate and document assessment results.
  • Manage or support construction, anomaly investigation, and repair projects.
