Qualifications

BS in Engineering preferred; seven years experience may substitute.
Experience in natural gas or petroleum pipeline design, PM, construction, maintenance and repair.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop project documents.

Responsibilities

Manage In-line inspection tool runs and remediation projects to maintain pipeline integrity.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Accounting and others to manage tasks.
Generate project alternatives, cost estimates, funding, track expenses, and close projects.
Develop scope documents, schedules, bid documents, manage bid process and contractor selection.
Apply company design/operating philosophy to meet safety, regulatory, efficiency goals.
Review projects for economics, OSHA safety, standards compliance.
Provide engineering support to operations.
Prioritize workload and adapt to shifting priorities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
