Job summary

Sunoco LP offers a 12-week paid internship starting May 2027 for engineering students. The role provides hands-on exposure to pipeline integrity work alongside integrity engineers, project engineers, and operations teams, focusing on risk mitigation, repairs, inspection technologies, and preventive measures.

The incumbent will analyze ILI reports, assess threats, prepare repair recommendations, and support audits and policy development, while developing strong communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Engineering with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inline inspection reports and use analysis software.
• Identify pipeline integrity threats and recommend repairs.
• Lead Post-ILI Review with management and operations.
• Contribute to preventive and mitigative measures and compliance efforts.
• Maintain documentation of ILI assessments and analyses.
• Assist in field integrity program activities and policy development.
