Job summary

Sunoco LP in Dallas is offering a twelve-week paid internship beginning May 2027. You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

Candidates will have direct access to senior leadership and work on high-impact strategic projects. During the internship you will develop datasets, reports, dashboards, and models to drive strategic decisions; manage deployment pipelines; and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college; open to all degrees.
• Preferably junior status.
• Above average GPA.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to write SQL queries.
• Experience with data cleaning in Python or R using pandas/dplyr.
• Familiarity with Git.

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. During your internship you will have direct access to senior leadership within the organization as well as the opportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects in addition to your core departmental responsibilities. • Able to write database queries using the SQL programming language.
• Experience with data cleaning in either the R or Python programming languages using packages such as `dplyr` and `pandas`.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
