Job summary

Olin is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer in Freeport, Texas to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of pipeline systems throughout their lifecycle.

You will develop and execute integrity plans, perform risk assessments, coordinate in-line inspections, and ensure PHMSA/state regulations compliance; a bachelor's in engineering and 3+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years in pipeline integrity engineering.
• Knowledge of PHMSA and state regulations.
• Must obtain TWIC and possess a valid US driver’s license.
• FMCSA DOT vetting per Pipeline Workers is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pipeline integrity management plans.
• Identify and assess threats such as corrosion, cracking, third-party damage, and geohazards.
• Perform risk assessments to prioritize integrity activities with emphasis on HCAs.
• Coordinate integrity assessments including ILI, pressure testing, and direct assessments.
• Analyze inspection data and conduct evaluations to determine fitness-for-service and repair methods.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pipeline safety regulations and maintain auditable records.
