Job summary

Corrpro Companies in Houston is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Analyst who will develop and maintain ECDA, ICDA, and SCCDA reports and support integrity management programs.

You will analyze ILI data, indirect inspections (CIS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA), and excavation findings to assess threats and prioritize actions, while ensuring compliance with 49 CFR Parts 192/195. Strong reporting and GIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• AMPP CP Tester or CP Technician certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in pipeline integrity, corrosion engineering, or integrity management.
• Working knowledge of ECDA, ICDA, SCCDA and AMPP standards.
• Experience interpreting CIS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA data and excavation results.
• Strong knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 regulations.
• Experience preparing technical reports and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GIS platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain ECDA/ICDA/SCCDA reports for natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines.
• Prepare ECDA, ICDA, SCCDA technical reports and support integrity management programs.
• Evaluate data from ILI, corrosion monitoring, indirect surveys and historical records.
• Interpret CIS, DCVG, ACVG, ACCA survey data to assess threats.
• Coordinate with operations, GIS, and field personnel to validate assessment data.
• Maintain records to support audits and regulatory inspections.
