CES Consulting, LLC is seeking a Pipeline Inspector I to support our Maryland client projects. The role focuses on inspecting water and sewer main line construction, documenting progress, and ensuring contract compliance while upholding safety and traffic control requirements.

A strong emphasis on accurate reporting and collaboration with contractors and agencies is essential. The position offers consistent 40-hour weeks with potential overtime and mileage reimbursement at the federal rate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with 2 years of underground water/sewer inspection experience.
• Alternatively, 3 years of progressive maintenance/construction experience in water/sewer projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect water and sewer main line construction and connections to ensure contract compliance.
• Document contractor activities via daily reports, photos, and sketches for payment and records.
• Enforce safety precautions and traffic control per project requirements.
• Schedule water main shutdowns and operate valves as needed for contract work.
• Review As-Built information and coordinate with project team on field findings.
