Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
  • Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
  • Construction background with ability to meet fast paced, changing schedules and priorities.
  • Strong awareness of industry practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily work of employees.
  • Verifies conformance of finished work product.
  • Ensures all employees are trained in operating machines they will be using.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of safety.
  • Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.

Job Summary

Loenbro is seeking to hire an experienced Piping Foreman to help manage our construction projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily work of employees.

  • Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
  • Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.
  • Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum 4+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
  • Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
  • Construction background.
  • Ability to meet fast paced, changing schedules and priorities.
Preferred
  • Strong awareness of industry recommended practices, OSHA requirements, equipment, and QA/QC.
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license.
