Job summary

Targa Resources is seeking a Pipeline Technician to support field operations, focusing on the maintenance and integrity of pipelines and facilities. The role involves proactive monitoring, rapid response to abnormal conditions, and daily travel in company vehicles.

The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of pipeline and facilities.
• Troubleshoot, test, maintain, and repair pipeline and compressor equipment.
• Perform inspections and maintenance records; complete service reports.
• Respond to pipeline locates and DOT qualifications tasks.
• Train co-workers in safe procedures.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings as required.
