Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Pipeline Crew Leader for its Coudersport, PA operations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in pipeline maintenance and construction, leading a team of approximately 7 employees. Responsibilities include planning work activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing projects involving natural gas and products pipelines.

This role requires travel up to 80% and candidates near other Kinder Morgan locations within 60 miles may be considered. A High School Diploma is required, along with 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of supervisory experience on pipeline maintenance or construction projects preferred.
• Experience managing a work group.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the work activities of a pipeline construction crew.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and new construction of pipeline facilities.
• Ensure crew compliance with regulatory and company policies.
