Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience on pipeline maintenance or construction preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and promote teamwork.
• Experience managing a work group and cost forecasting.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pipeline construction crew focused on maintenance, repair, and new construction.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates and project forecasts; manage budgets.
• Ensure safety programs and DOT/FMCSA compliance; promote a safe work environment.
• Travel up to 80% and supervise subcontractors and crew members.
