Job summary

Bridger Pipeline LLC in Casper, Wyoming is seeking a full-time, on-site Pipeline Control Operator to monitor flows, pressures, temperatures, and tank levels at pump stations. You will remotely start and stop pumps, control valves, and respond to alarms while coordinating with schedulers and field personnel to execute pumping orders.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift (24/7), and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift (24/7) including nights, weekends, and holidays, with training period initially on a typical 8-hour schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for individual and team work.

Responsibilities

• Record hourly over/shorts and daily reports.
• Monitor flows, pressures, temperatures, and tank levels at pump stations.
• Remotely start/stop pumps and control valves to maintain system demand and pressure.
• Diagnose potential problems, respond to alarms and abnormal conditions; interface with schedulers and field personnel as needed.
• Complete Control Center Operator Qualifications during training.
