Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Pipeline Laborer to perform physical construction tasks on highway and utility projects, including trenching, pipe installation, erecting structures, and operating hand and power tools.

You will work safely and in compliance with installation standards, support site preparation, debris removal, and equipment handling while following company procedures and reporting issues to the foreman.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Experience as a laborer with multiple years preferred.
• Obtain operator qualifications and fusion license.

Responsibilities

• Execute job deliverables per contract requirements.
• Manage cost control, margins, productivity, and reporting.
• Ensure work complies with installation standards and safety.
• Promote and monitor team safety on site.
• Prepare sites for optimized construction procedures.
• Clear debris and hazardous materials from sites.
• Dig trenches as instructed and assist with pipes.
• Erect temporary structures and set traffic signs.
• Move equipment and load/unload from trucks.
• Perform pipe fusion and operator qualification tasks.
