Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking a construction laborer to perform physical tasks at highway and heavy construction projects in Georgia. You will operate hand and power tools, prepare sites, dig trenches, and assist in pipe and drain installation per job specs.

The role emphasizes safety, site readiness, and adherence to company protocols while supporting apprentices and new hires on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards.
• Operator qualifications and fusion license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Manage cost control, margin expectations, productivity, change orders, and equipment reporting.
• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and is being performed safely and correctly.
• Promote and monitor the safety of team members.
• Prepare sites to ensure maximum optimization of construction work procedures.
• Clean debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites.
