Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC in Monticello, AR is seeking a SEC - Pipeline Laborer to support pipeline construction projects. The role involves physical labor, operating hand and power tools, site preparation, digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and material handling.

You will work with a team to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with installation standards while meeting contract requirements. Training apprentices and following company protocols are part of the duty.

Qualifications

• Education Preferred: High school diploma.
• Experience Preferred: Knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards; obtain operator qualifications and fusion license; multiple years as a Laborer.

Responsibilities

• Execute job deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
• Manage cost control, margin expectations, productivity, change orders, and equipment reporting.
• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and is performed safely and correctly.
• Promote and monitor the safety of team members.
• Prepare sites to ensure maximum optimization of construction work procedures.
• Clean debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction sites.
• Dig trenches as instructed.
• Assist in installing pipes and drains.
• Erect temporary structures.
• Place traffic signs to warn traffic of construction in process.
• Clean and maintain construction equipment appropriately.
