Job summary

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. is seeking a Pipeline Technician - Truck Driver for heavy equipment transport related to pipeline construction.

A valid Class A CDL and clean DOT record are required, with responsibility for safe loading, securing, towing, and delivering equipment to job sites. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensure DOT compliance, obtain permits as needed, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and DOT-regulated qualifications.
• Demonstrated organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement.
• Residence within 3 hours of reporting office location.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload and transport pipeline construction equipment.
• Maintain tractor/trailer in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Acquire State/Parish permits as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of fluids and equipment.
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper documentation.
• Represent Energy Transfer with professionalism and provide high level of service.
