Job summary

Williams seeks a Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Pipeline Control Governance in Tulsa. You will develop, update, and ensure control room plans and supporting documents align with regulatory requirements and company policies.

You’ll collaborate with the pipeline control team to document process improvements and drive completion of plans and inspections. Responsibilities include annual workload studies, alarm management, controller training, and control room management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of compliance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates regulatory compliance activities related to gas pipeline safety rules and regulations.
• Interprets regulations and ensures overall compliance.
• Develops and reviews processes and policy manuals for pipeline safety.
• Assists with data gathering for regulatory inspections.
• Monitors company activities for compliance with federal/state/industry regulations.
• Collaborates with agencies for operating asset classification and certification.
• Other duties as assigned.
