Buckeye Partners is seeking an Apprentice Operator (12-Hour) to assist in the operation and maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.

You will support field operations, product control, and inventory systems while maintaining strong communication with teammates and supervisors in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience in pipeline operations preferred.

Mansioni

• Field Operations: Maintaining and repairing equipment; keeping facilities in good working order and presentable to meet standards.
• Product Control: Receiving and storing petroleum products, following pipeline receiving and product sampling procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance: Staying aware of environmental regulations, safety directives and procedures; ensuring management is informed of issues.
• Customer Service: Maintaining relationships with customers and responding to inquiries.
• Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies and participating in training drills.
• Inventory Control Systems: Maintaining all computer inventory control systems.
