Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, or business field.
• 4+ years in project coordination, system-based processes, or pharma/biotech industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead strategically.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential data analysis to inform pipeline decisions.
• Create visual reports to communicate data insights clearly.
• Provide foundational information management support and data quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating strategic projects and tracking progress.
• Support processes to improve operational efficiency and tool deployments.
• Drive routine and ad hoc reporting for project tracking.
• Assist in resource planning and cross-functional communication.
• Support development of predictive models and data tooling.
