Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Manager of Pipeline Analytics and Operations to support data analysis and improve operational workflows. You will generate insights to inform strategic planning, build clear data visuals, and help manage data quality and tooling across teams.

This role emphasizes collaboration, project coordination, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate data-driven decision making in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, scientific, or business management discipline with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently with leadership and cross-cultural communication.
• Experience with drug development processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and scripting to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundational data analysis to support pipeline decisions.
• Create visual reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support data management practices and tooling usage across teams.
• Coordinate strategic projects and track progress with stakeholders.
