We are growing and seeking a Laborer / Pipelayer to join our skilled civil construction team.

Job Objective

This entry-level position involves performing initial groundwork necessary for construction, including:

• Grading trenches
• Positioning pipe
• Removing, filling, or compacting earth
• Construction site prep work
• Loading and unloading materials

Skills Required

• Ability to read blueprints
• Willingness to learn grade rod reading and slope calculations
• Ability to operate basic hand tools, small power tools, and construction equipment
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to apply skills and ask for help when needed

Physical Requirements

• Physically demanding work
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Capability to perform tasks across various areas of a construction project
• Climbing ladders up to 20 feet and crawling for 50 feet
• Lifting objects up to 100 lbs
