Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and QAQC processes on construction projects.
• Ability to review drawings, submittals, and IOMs for compliance and access.
• Capacity to identify quality risks and drive corrective actions.
• Strong leadership to guide crews and coordinate with project teams.
• Committed to documenting deficiencies and ensuring timely closure.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Create and administer a project-specific QAQC plan.
• Coordinate with project managers and foremen to discuss QAQC findings.
• Lead quality walks and inspect materials and workmanship.
• Document inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate AHJ inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
