Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising trades staff and managing multiple personnel.
• Proven ability to plan, lay out, and oversee pipefitting and plumbing work.
• Knowledge of gas systems, steam systems, boilers, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Foreman of the Plumbing Shop overseeing pipefitters and plumbers.
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of gas and steam systems.
• Coordinate work with other departments and outside vendors.
• Plan and execute projects and work orders for major systems.
• Ensure proper use of work order system and maintenance metrics.
