Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.
• Strong focus on safe work practices and 5S in a production environment.
• Ability to mentor and coach production staff and coordinate daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assign work based on priorities, skill levels, material readiness, and workflow needs.
• Monitor progress, identify constraints, communicate issues, and help remove obstacles to maintain flow and schedule.
• Promote safe practices and 5S, ensuring right-first-time quality and a clean, organized work area.
