Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Foreman in Olathe, KS to lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality and productivity. You will supervise pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and header systems, working with supervisors and teams to remove obstacles and meet the schedule.

A high school diploma or GED and 4+ years in pipe fabrication or related trades are required; travel up to 25% and a 6am–6pm, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.
  • Travel: 0-25%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
  • Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs.
  • Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed.
  • Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and assist with removing obstacles that impact flow or schedule.
  • Promote safe work practices, proper PPE usage, 5S expectations, shop procedures, and right-first-time quality while mentoring and coaching production employees.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

In addition to supporting daily production execution, this role contributes to the coordination of pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, skids, pipe racks, header systems, and other prefabricated assemblies. The Foreman works closely with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to verify material readiness, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and support achievement of schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.


The position requires regular use and understanding of shop equipment and processes including welding equipment, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, beveling tools, grooving machines, CNC pipe processing equipment, and material handling equipment. A strong focus is placed on maintaining safe work practices, supporting quality standards, reducing rework, maintaining 5S expectations, and ensuring work areas remain clean, organized, and production ready.


Minimum Requirements


  • Education: Highschool Diploma or GED

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred

  • Travel: 0-25%

  • Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
