Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Pipefitter/Welder-Mechanic to service LTC utilities including water, steam, chilled water, and sewer systems. You will support operations, engineering, and the automation team while performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, welding preferred, and experience with CMMS (Maximo); good communication in English is essential for collaborating across shifts and teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, and sewer systems; strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment (valves, pumps, backflow preventers, PRVs, steam traps, piping).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose piping and mechanical issues and repair with minimal downtime.
• Comply with HSE requirements and participate in Safety Improvement activities; qualified for LOTO, lifts, respirators, confined space, and fall protection.
